Fun in Queenstown

Queenstown, surrounded by the jagged and soaring Remarkables mountain range and framed by Lake Wakatipu, is nicknamed the ‘Antipodean Saint Moritz’. The kids loved it!

We had fun taking the Skyline Gondola to Bob’s Peak, admiring the views, and then taking a further ski lift up to ride the luge back down.

Sally was tickled she could join us in a southern hemisphere bottle of bubbly- the dinking age in New Z is 18.

Buskers draw the after dinner crowd down by the lake. It stays light out until 10:00 p.m.
